2024 Paint Color Forecast

We want to share with our customers the Sherwin-Williams Paint Color Forecast for 2024.

As you may have noticed, Blues and Greens continue to dominate!! We have a natural attraction to nature, so blues and greens are attractive to our brains. Bringing those colors into our homes brings in a sense of nature! Those colors will emerge in pale green to teal to deep navy and many shades in between! Blues bring wellness boosting, calm and mental clarity.

There will also be an increase in reds, purples and browns. In the upcoming years we will see more muted and soulful clay pigments, pink-beige neutrals, purples and nostalgic brights. In recent years we’ve seen a rise in warmer colors, including earth-aligned browns which, along with the hues of red and purple, create roundedness and balance. Both of which are important in our home and work spaces.

Balance is incredibly important to me when I walk into a space. When you see balance or experience it in your home, it shows a sense of self care and a mindful style. It will give you a sense of peace that you may have been missing and didn’t realize.
